Namastey! I'm Likith Mouli!

A passionate product designer and UX Researcher driven by curiosity and a knack for problem-solving. Currently pursuing a Master's in Human-Computer Interaction at Indiana University, I aim to gain deeper insights into crafting seamless digital experiences.

With a background in electronics engineering and experience in UX & Motion design, I bring a unique perspective to solving complex problems at the intersection of humans and technology.

I geek out on researching and understanding user needs and behaviors to design elegant, and unobtrusive experiences. Though my expertise lies in UI/UX and graphic design, I always explore creative frontiers like photography and filmmaking.

I am a designer at heart, but I enjoy problem-solving in my day-to-day life. I am very much a big-picture thinker and enjoy working on products end to end, from ideation to design and development.

Outside work, you'll find me sketching, binge-watching, continuously exploring & learning, and playing badminton.

Product Designer

Farmera, AgriNovus Indiana

I focused on understanding the unique challenges faced by the farmers in AgBioScience industry. Through extensive user research, I collaborated with farmers and industry experts to design a farmer-centric platform. This involved integrating real-time data analytics and AI-powered insights to enhance farm efficiency and productivity. My role was pivotal in shaping a user-friendly platform that provided valuable insights and fostered better decision-making for farmers.

UX Researcher

User Simulation & Accessibility Lab at Indiana University

I engaged deeply with research on improving accessibility for individuals with visual impairments. Working on the "Rethinking Aural Access to Generative AI" project, I collaborated with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement solutions that made AI platforms more accessible. My work involved iterative design processes, where I helped develop frameworks and navigation patterns that significantly improved the usability of generative AI tools for visually impaired users.

COMET Lab at Indiana University

At COMET LAB, my responsibilities included conducting usability testing for the lab’s website and other projects. I worked on creating prototypes and a comprehensive design system that streamlined collaboration between designers and developers. My focus was on improving user engagement by making designs more intuitive and accessible, thereby enhancing the overall user experience.

I led the visual design for new app features, blending product design with motion graphics to enhance user interaction. My role required close collaboration with marketing and development teams to ensure a cohesive visual experience that aligned with the brand’s identity.
